For those of us enjoying the fine weather and California real estate, property tax time is fast approaching.
Orange County is no exception, and so we would like to remind you that the first installments of your property tax are due on November 1, 2009 and delinquent on December 10, 2009. The second tax installments are due February 1, 2010 and delinquent on April 10, 2010.
Remember the one good thing about your Orange County property taxes; they are tax deductible on your income tax return.
