The home which sits on 2.4 acres is perched above the channel leading into Newport Bay. The site is the largest in Corona Del Mar, and if sold at the asking price, would be the highest sales price ever in Orange County, second only to the $35 million paid for the Lido Channel mansion of Nicholas Cage.
